Could you please give more detailed information about such problem? Do the FusionCharts Free really have to be displayed in print preview in all browsers? Can you confirm this?

Waiting for your response! Thank you!!

Hi,

Thanks for your response.

FusionCharts provides advanced print management using JavaScript for Mozilla/WebKit/Gecko based browsers like Firefox, Safari etc. Even though displayed properly on screen, printed output had been not proper in these browsers. FusionCharts JavaScript class offers a separate Print Manger class to take care of this. The implementation of Print Manager is fairly simple. You would just need to add a single line of code in JavaScript which enables Print Manager for all charts present in a web page. Once enabled, all the charts present in a page are prepared to print correctly. Once the charts are ready, which can be tracked by listening to an event raised by the Print Manager, you can use browser's File → Print menu, JavaScript's native window.print() function or Print Manager's advanced function - managedPrint().

More details at: http://docs.fusionch...intManager.html

Hope this helps.

Greetings, Angshu!
I'm appreciated for your yesterday support and help!!
Can I ask you one more question? That's related to purchasing Fusin Charts XT for our web-site.
Firstly, I don't understand exactly what product to choose for purchase to use in our web-site! Right now we are using FusionCharts Free of the latest version! We have a personal web-site of people counters. I suppose you have heard about these devices which count visitors of the shopping centers and then the statistics information about numbers of visitors sends to this web-site and every our client who has an access using login and password can enter the web-site as a user and to look and create the report about customers' visiting his shopping mall. Of course, this report he can see displaying your FusionCharts Free as 3D columns and 3D pie charts. But our programmer made these charts in such way that they can't displaying in print preview in Opera, Mozilla and Chrome as I noticed you. My question is: coud you advice, please, what is the best variant to buy FusionCharts XT for our web-site, if we would buy them? Should we buy just for our web-site "one-time price for individual products FusionCharts XT for 399$ " or should we buy "for personal use by imdividuals for 199$? That's moment is very important for us!
And the second, what would be the support from you if we would purchase one of listed above variants of FusionCharts XT?
Could you give an opened and detailed answer for every question, please?
Thanks previously!! Hope you understood what I meant! Waiting for your answer!
Have a lucky business day!Posted Image

Hi, Angshu!

It' s two days since I sent a message to support@fusioncharts.com! I suppose you have a lot of sales consultants or representatives at office!
Believe me, I can understand everything! I' m normal, adequate person. I'm appreciated your rapid help, your web-site, your cool charts....but sorry....stay in my side - what would you do in my situation? Posted Image

You have promised me that somebody "would get back to you very soon" in your words. How can I trust you and be ensured in your words? Posted Image

You think I'll have a desire for further purchasing FusionCharts if nobody responded me?

I don't want to burn out a conflict because of such little things!!
PLEASE!! When I get it? If you have any technical problems and that's the cause - just say so! That's usual!

Hope for you understanding!!

Anton
