Hi,

I'm just testing FusionCharts for Visual Basic 6.

Using addChartDataFromArray, and tested with;
scrollcombi2d, scrollcolumn2d, scrollcombidy2d, scrollline2d

Some data points have no data, the array where I collect the data is therfore set to zero.
When I load the chart data array these are correctly set to zero, see Graph1.

On this particular chart rather than display zero I'd like a break in the data line.
So when I loop the DataArray if the value is not > 0 I skip it. Which gives a ChartArray like;
arrData(0,0) = "line 1"
arrData(0,1) = "renderAs=Line"
arrData(0,2) = "100"
arrData(0,3) = "110"
arrData(0,4) = ""
arrData(0,5) = ""
arrData(0,6) = "120"
arrData(0,7) = "110"
arrData(0,8) = "120"
arrData(0,9) = "150"
When the chart is rendered it seems to just 'skip' 4 & 5. See Graph2.

In messing around I discovered that if I put something Non Numeric in the ChartArray the chart will render properly.
eg, using the ChartArray;
arrData(0,0) = "line 1"
arrData(0,1) = "renderAs=Line"
arrData(0,2) = "100"
arrData(0,3) = "110"
arrData(0,4) = " " <---
arrData(0,5) = " fred" <--- These can be anything Non Numeric
arrData(0,6) = "120"
arrData(0,7) = "110"
arrData(0,8) = "120"
arrData(0,9) = "150"
The chart renders as it should. See Graph3.

Is this a bug, correct behaviour, or???
Did I miss it somewhere in the documentation?

Regards
Denis
