Hello

I've started having a look at your product and i'm very impressed.

I decided to download one of your free examples to show to some work mates, and to experiment with, but it does not work correctly once downloaded.

The chart downloaded was the ajax example, the initial load of the chart is ok but any subsequent actions do not update the chart as it does on your online example.

The zip file was extracted to my desktop and i'm trying to run it from there, can you help?

Regards

Anthony

Anthony,

When you run the AJAX sample locally, your machine security settings are blocking Flash from communicating with JS. As such, we would request you to run it in your local server.

Good morning from Nova Scotia,

I am half crazy trying to get a "start" desktop icon in place. I've downloaded the program into "Program Files" and there it sits. If you can tell me what to do next (yes, I'm new), I'll email you a beautiful photo from the farm.

thanks for your time,

Dave

P.S. I picked you because right now, you are the only "human" on line ha, ha.

Hi Dave,

FusionCharts is a copy-paste style installation component. You wouldn't find a start icon. Essentially, you need to run Index.html from the place where you unzipped the component.
