jemptymethod Report post Posted July 1, 2015 We allow our customers to view the same data with several different charts. We'd also like to allow them to configure the look and feel of the charts. The problem is the configuration options can result in different looks and feels for the different charts. Specifically I'm referring to canvasbgColor; when I change this from the default for theme "fint" for instance (let's say "canvasbgColor": "333333" for instance), I either get a solid background color, a gradient background color, or a striped background, depending on the type of chart. Please consider the attached screenshots. Again all I have done on these charts is change the canvasbgColor to 333333.
Vishalika Report post Posted July 3, 2015 Hi, Welcome to FusionCharts Forum. In 2D charts, the alternate grid color is present and in 3D charts no alternate grid color is present. To disable it, try setting showAlternateHGridColor='0' in the chart element of your XML/JSON file. Also, there is a gradient set for 3D charts so the difference is seen. It is intended behaviour. Hope this helps.
dontbesorry80 Report post Posted December 1, 2015 Hi,How can I disable the 3D Chart's canvas gradient? So it just has a solid white background?
