Upgrade flash player

i've downloaded the free version so i can test it. before buying teh new version.
i need to have charts from a mysql database query.
i've installed it, and when i try to use it
i get the message you need to upgrade the flash player.
i've the lastest version of flash player
i'm trying to useit on a joomla article.
what can i do to teste it?

Hi,
Does the message appears as a Message box or as a text insead of the chart?
If latter it might be that somhow the page can not load the FusionCharts.js (please check the path).
If former, could you please attach here the FusionCharts.js that you are using so that we can fix the thing and revert back?
