Lost? Cannot get started

I have downloaded FusionChartsFree, but I cannot get anything to display.  I have augmented some HTML and tried to save it,:w00t: and it displays as code.  Any help is appreciated?

If this helps, I tried to run the Index.html and the browser showed a connection problem. Does this have a hard time with Google's Chrome browser?

Can you make sure you've extracted the zip to your HD before opening Index.html?
