I'm afraid this feature, editing the y-axis value font properties, is not possible as of now.

I am afraid, this is not possible with FusionCharts Free. ![]()
A small suggestion, you can try using the evaluation pack the latest version of FusionCharts, i.e, FusionCharts v3.1.1.
Please refer to the following link for downloading FusionCharts v3..1.1:

FusionCharts v3.1.1 supports "Styles" which allows specifying the "Font Style Type".
