Hello,

I'm afraid, this is not possible in FusionCharts Free.

FusionCharts V3 has this functionality.

Hello,

baseFontSize attribute sets the base font size of the chart i.e., all the values and the names in the chart which lie on the canvas will be displayed using the font size provided here.

This is also applicable for the toolTip.

Changing the font size for toolTip separately is not possible in FusionCharts Free. You can do this in FusionCharts V3 using the STYLES functionality.
