Hi,

I have a website with multiple charts on it and need to print the whole page through the browsers print menu.

The process prints the content of the site without the charts.

Is there a solution or a workaround for it?

Thanks,

Matt

Hi,

Welcome to FusionCharts forum. :D

Starting FusionCharts v3.0.7, you could export your charts as images. And FusionCharts v3.1 adds new dimensions to it, by allowing you to export as PDFs as well, and also lets you choose whether to export the charts at client-side or server-side.

So in case you wish to save the charts as Image/PDF, you need to apply the export functionality.

But this is not a solution for the problem of printing an entire webpage incl. charts

and export to a jpg would not help, because it can not be done server side w/o a browser.

Any other solutions please.

Thanks a lot.

Hi,

I really don't know where to look for the version of the swf file.

The FusionChart Free was downloaded on 06/13/2010.

In the Readme.txt it says v2.2 Aug 2009

Is there a newer free version, which probably fixed it already?

Thanks,

Matt

Hi Matt,

Please note, FusionCharts Free (v2.2) does not support the export functionality.
