  6. FC heatmap not working

    Hi, Apologies for the delay. For rendering heatmap chart in react you need to import the following files: import FusionCharts from 'fusioncharts'; import from'fusioncharts/fusioncharts.powercharts';importFusionThemefrom'fusioncharts/themes/fusioncharts.theme.fusion';importReactFCfrom'react-fusioncharts';ReactFC.fcRoot(FusionCharts,,FusionTheme);
  7. Pie2d and doughnut2d Render Error

Hi, I hope you are doing good, apologies for the delay. To fix the problem please set FusionCharts.options.SVGDefinitionURL = 'absolute'; globally for the chart Here is a demo - http://jsfiddle.net/nyc1eag4/

  9. Hi dlt, We appreciate the use case you have. As of now there is no support and workaround for renaming or removing null data points when using "connectnulldata". As a workaround, we suggest you that you can opt out showing the crossline feature by setting "drawCrossLine" attribute to "0". Please refer to this fiddle for the implementation: http://jsfiddle.net/ofhqv27g/ Please feel free to revert us back for any further assistance. Hope this would help. Thanks, Srishti Jaiswal
  10. Hi Zcaudate, We would like to let you know that we tried replicating the issue and it is getting difficult for us to replicate without having the sample data and schema that you're feeding into the chart. Please refer to this fiddle to find our way of replicating the behavior with some sample data and schema: http://jsfiddle.net/vmtjs7rz/ We request you to please share the data and schema so that we can assist you further. Feel free to revert us back for any further assistance. Hope this would help. Thanks, Srishti Jaiswal
  11. Hi Zcaudate, We would like to let you know that it will help us assist you better if you could explain what did you mean by loading data asynchronously when the chart is at a certain magnification? Feel free to revert us back for any further assistance. Thanks, Srishti Jaiswal

  15. Set the chart property of the "linkedchart" dynamically

Good to know that the problem is solved.
  16. Set the chart property of the "linkedchart" dynamically

Thanks Ayan for your feedback ! Well I managed to figure it out. I done this on an event named "linkedChartInvoked" "events": { "linkedChartInvoked": function (evt, data) { var mapname = data.clickedEntity.config.label.toString().toLowerCase(); var chartObj = FusionCharts("map-" + mapname.replace(/ /g, '')); chartObj.setJSONData(getLinkedChartData(mapname); //Populate the data for the linked chart. var chartData = chartObj.getJSONData()['data']; // Just to check if the data is being populated. }, } var getLinkedChartData = function (state) { var chartdata; var districts = []; // got the requird data from the database and //-- // -- $.each(result.detail, function (key, value) { districts.push({ "id": "id of the linked chart", "value": "yourvalue", "color": "yourcolor", "fontColor": "fontcolor", }); chartdata = { "data": districts, "chart": { "caption": "Caption", "subcaption": "Sub caption", "showLabels": "1", "entityFillColor": "#FFFFFF", "theme": "fusion", "showBorder": "1", "bordercolor": "#5c5c5c", "entityborderThickness": "1", "nullEntityColor": "#FFFFFF", "entityFillColor": "#E82727", "entityFillHoverColor": "#FFFFFF", "baseFontSize": "10", "showLegend": "0", "dataLoadStartMessage": "Please wait, chart is loading the data....", "dataLoadStartMessageFontSize": "14", } } Hope this helps someone. Thank you
  17. Set the chart property of the "linkedchart" dynamically

Hi Santosh, I hope you are doing good. For drill-down chart you need to load the parent and child data at the beginning i.e. while rendering the parent chat the child chart data (linked chart data) also needs to be loaded, as of now, it is not possible to load child chart data asynchronously.
  18. Load linkeddata chart async on click react-native charts

Hi Ryan, I hope you are doing good. For drill-down chart you need to load the parent and child data at the beginning i.e. while rendering the parent chat the child chart data also needs to be loaded, as of now it is not possible to load child chart data asynchronously.
  19. [FusionTime] Binning second

Hi Guillaume, Thank you for reverting back. We would like to inform you that we are looking into it internally and will get back to you with an update soon. Thanks, Srishti Jaiswal
  20. Hi, I have been able to load a India Map using Fusincharts Map. Also on every click of state I have been able to render the respective state map dynamically using the below code On each EntityClick I have configure the link to drill down the respective state using the below method. "entityClick": function (evt, data) { // Method call configureLink(evt, data); } // Method defined var configureLink = function (evt, data) { switch (data.id) { case "001": evt.sender.configureLink({ "type": "maps/andamanandnicobar" }, 0);break; case "002": evt.sender.configureLink({ "type": "maps/andhrapradesh", }, 0);break; case "003": evt.sender.configureLink({ "type": "maps/arunachalpradesh" }, 0); break; //like wise i have loaded for each state. } } The above method works well and the respective district are loaded on every click of State. What i need is to configure the linkedchart dynamically "linkeddata": [{ "id": "001", "linkedchart": { "chart": { "caption": "State", "subcaption": "State", "entityFillHoverColor": "#E5E5E9", "showLabels": "1", "entityFillColor": "#A8A8A8", "theme": "fusion", "showBorder": "1", "bordercolor": "#FFFFFF", "entityborderThickness": "3" }, "colorrange": { "startlabel": "Low", "endlabel": "High", "code": "#e44a00", "minvalue": "0", "gradient": "1", "color": [{ "maxvalue": "150", "displayvalue": "Average", "code": "#f8bd19" }, { "maxvalue": "600", "code": "#6baa01" }] }, "data": [{ "id": "HI", "value": "99" }, //like wise load every district dynamically..... ], } }], How can i dynamically set all the above attributes for a chart within "linkedchart". ? Which event of a chart can help me to dynamically add the attributes whenever an entity is clicked on parent map (india map). Also every district i need to assign different color like for Maharashtra > Pune district i need an yellow color.. likewise for every district. For the attached image. I have loaded the India Map with custom color for every state. With the above methods i have dynamically configured the link for every click on the state. As you can see i have loaded the respective district also. How can i set the data and color on each data of the a particular district dynamically ? Please help ! Let me know if you need any more information I have been using FusionCharts Suite XT v3.15.1-sr.1
  21. Load linkeddata chart async on click react-native charts

Is there another way to ask my question that would prompt a response?
  22. Fusion chart functionality to switch between datasets

Hi Sneha, Thank you for writing to us. Apologies for the delayed response. We would like to inform you that you can switch between datasets by clicking on any clickable HTML element by using our "setJSONData" method and some toggling series logic. Please refer to this fiddle for the implementation: http://jsfiddle.net/qj2ap9nx/1/ Thanks, Srishti Jaiswal
  23. FusionTime legend position

Ok. We'll keep an eye out for this on a future release.
  24. FusionTime Log Y-Axis

    That worked, thanks!
  25. FusionTime legend position

Hello, As of now, it is not possible to change the position of legends in FusionTime. However, we are logging a request for this internally.
  26. FusionTime Log Y-Axis

Hi Klakurka, Thank you for writing to us. Apologies for the delayed response. We would like to inform you that you will need to define the plot.value property with series name (as in schema) as value along-width 'type' property with 'log' value for each of the 3 series in separate objects inside yAxis array to correctly implement the logarithmic yAxis. Please refer to this fiddle for the implementation: https://jsfiddle.net/mLfs435b/ Thanks, Srishti Jaiswal
  27. [FusionTime] Binning second

Thanks! Now it zooms into 15s granularity, but not into 1s, could you explain why ? I am having hard time understanding how this binning thing works, I thought the value we put in the binning arrays were defining the different zoom levels we can go into. But having to set [1,2] into milliseconds binning to be able to zoom into 15s granularity really confuses me. I have to configure 1ms and 2ms binning, even though I don't want to allow zoom into ms, just to allow zoom into seconds ?
  28. [FusionTime] Binning second

Hi Guillaume, Thank you for writing to us. Apologies for the delayed response. We would like to inform you that the date value in your data is converted to timestamp before feeding into the chart. Hence, milliseconds' binning cannot be a blank array and you will need to modify the milliseconds' binning to [1, 2] to zoom into seconds granularity. Please refer to this fiddle: https://jsfiddle.net/zrdmuhcx/ Thanks, Srishti Jaiswal
