Hi,
Owing to the way Flash player treats numbers with high decimal places, I'm afraid, we cannot show them in normal notation.
-
Hi,
There are 2 ways you could fix it:
a. Increase the height of chart
b. Decrease the height of individual bars (present in FusionWidgets v3 Gantt chart; not free version)

Hi,
If you're the only developer and you wish to use it for your own purposes (rather than commercial SaaS websites), just a developer license would be enough.
-
Hi,
If you can please send us your order Id at support [at] fusioncharts.com, we'll send you our internal documentation on how to create new maps using this framework.
-
Hi,
If you've 2 scatter points, they actually overlap on the chart; and hence the tool-tip of only point shows up.
-
Hi,
It'll be added in Q2-2010.
-
Hi,
I'm afraid you cannot do this, as this is a column chart and has both negative and positive values.
-
Hi,
You can upgrade from one license to another by just paying the differential amount between the licenses.

Hi,
While we do not have empty state maps, what you can do is color them with same color including the border. That'll make them look like an empty map. Also, disable tooltip for individual entities.

Hi Arik,
We had given 25% discount on our three new products: FusionCharts for Flex, FusionCharts for VB and FusionCharts for Dreamweaver. On the FusionCharts suite, the discount was only 10%.

Can you please log into the forum and then try once?

Hi,
Thanks for your suggestion.
Currently, FusionMaps runs on hand-drawn maps that need to put into our framework for use. As such, we cannot provide a direct API to do this. However, if you've the Enterprise license, you can build the maps yourself. We can send you such instructions.

Hi Don,
First up, thanks for sharing your concerns with us. I would like to share some information with you, so as to throw light on why it's not possible.
In ActionScript 2 (Flash 8), Adobe doesn't provide the functionality to handle byte stream manipulation or even File references. So, technically its NOT possible to have any image saving algorithms in Flash 8 [without any server side scripts]. And we do provide server side scripts along with our components if you need to use in Flash 8. However, owing to Flash technology itself, you cannot save as image in Flash 8.
In Flash 9/10 [ActionScript 3.0] Adobe introduced Byte array and File reference class, which we've used to allow saving of images.
However, the charts will render in your Flash 8/9/10 apps.
I hope I've been able to clarify our stand on why we cannot really provide this. If you, however, still feel that FusionCharts is not worth the money you paid for, we would refund it unconditionally. For that, please drop us an email at support [at] fusioncharts.com with your order Id.

You cannot directly disable it, without modifying source code of FusionCharts. This is because the variable prevents caching of XML data.

Hi,
It seems to be a rounding issue. We'll try and fix it soon.
Meanwhile, you may use it with FusionCharts v3.

Hi,
Can you please try [chart unescapeLinks='0' ...] once?
-
Yes - we're working on v4, which natively handles date types. ETA is end 2009.
-
Yes - you can. Please see http://www.fusioncharts.com/widgets/docs/Contents/GanttTime.html
-
It's possible only in FusionCharts v3, not free.
-
Hi,
This looks really good. We'll post links of this in our upcoming new KB as well.
-
Hi,
Can you please send us the full code at support [at] fusioncharts.com?
-
Hi,
If they're all hosted on 1 domain, a Site license is enough. But, if they're using multiple domains, an Enterprise license is required.
-
Hi,
I'm afraid you cannot directly change it, without having to modify FusionCharts source code (in com/fusioncharts/includes/DataFunctions.as)

Hi Michael,
Can you please resend at support [at] fusioncharts.com - for some reason we've not received it!

Hi,
In FusionCharts v3, when you update the data of a chart, it's not incremental - the entire data gets update. As such, the chart takes a moment to clear itself, load new data, parse it, calculate new co-ordinates and then render the new chart. This causes the blink.
However, we've real-time charts (like stock feeds) in FusionWidgets, where the chart can accept incremental data without any problem. Please see www.fusioncharts.com/widgets
If you still feel this would not satisfy your requirements, please drop us an email at support [at] fusioncharts.com with your Order Id and we'll refund the same.
