Hi Sudipto, I have changed the implementation and now i am using Fusion Maps js file. And i am succesfully getting the FusionMap on HTML as well on our jsp page with the successfully clickable marker. I am sending the package of this in attachment for our future refrences in forums. That means i can use flashvars.dataXML = "dataXMLStr"; to feed the data to the swfobject.

How to set the debug mode = '1' in swfobject2.0 by flash vars???
