  1. Hi,

     

    I have a site collection with quite a lot of charts already (so far the existing charts are still working). Whenever I try to create a new or edit an existing chart I get the following error. I tried it as a normal edit user and as site collection admin - both with the same message:

    Chart settings could not be retrieved. Please check your connection settings and try again.

  2. Hi,

     

    I have created a rather simple chart where I would like to show some hours per months for given departments. The simple way of showing the summary of hours for all departments works fine (see screenshot Collabion1), but as soon as I try to show the distinct values of hours for each department the famous "no data to display" is raised (see Collabion2).

    By the way, how can I get more detailed information to the "no data to display" error that you'll get quite often, but have no clue what is the real reason behind?
