  1. Error Logs

Hi Andy, Good to hear from you. As we told you earlier, currently there is no automated way in stopping Collabion from writing the logs or customizing what Collabion writes in the logs. We will keep you posted if there is any further development on this. Thanks and Regards, Arkaprovo Naha QA Lead, Collabion Charts for SharePoint
  2. Date Filter 'Is Next'

Hi CDB, Thank you for writing to us. As of now smart future date range functions like "Is Next" are not available in Collabion Charts for SharePoint. But, we are adding this to our feature wishlist and maybe add this to our product in a future release. We will keep you posted. Thank you. Regards, Arkaprovo Naha Lead QA, Collabion Charts for SharePoint
  3. No Data to Display

Hi charlesralston, Thank you for using Collabion Charts for SharePoint!! It seems that you are using a very old version of Collabion Charts. The current version is 2.3.0.0 - 7 versions ahead of the one you are using(checkout Collabion version history: http://www.collabion.com/products/ccsp/version-history.asp). We have fixed a lot of issues similar to the one you are facing in the last releases. I would suggest you to upgrade to the latest version of Collabion and check whether you are still facing the same issue. Do let me know your findings! Please feel free to write to us if you need assistance with anything else. Till then, happy charting! Regards, Arkaprovo Naha QA Lead and Technical Specialist, Collabion
  4. Hi! Thanks for writing to us. While we are looking into your issue, it would be great if you can provide us with the following details: 1. The version of SharePoint you are using. 2. The name and version of the web browsers you are using. 3. What was the data source with which the chart was rendered initially? 4. Did you receive any pop-up error message before the menu of lists disappeared? 6. Could you please check and let us know whether any error is displayed in the console logs? The above details would really be beneficial for us in investigating your issue. Hope to hear from you soon. Regards, Arka QA Lead, Collabion Charts for SharePoint
  5. Pie Chart Size

Hi Amit, Thanks for writing to us! Yes, you can fix the radius of your pie charts. To do so please follow the below steps: 1. Click "Edit Chart" for your pie chart to launch the Collabion Charts for SharePoint Wizard. 2. Select the "Labels, Values and Tool-tips" section under "Chart Configuration". 3. In the "Labels, Values and Tool-tips" section, select the "Pie/Doughnut" tab. 4. In the "Pie/Doughnut" tab, you can enter your preferred radius in the "Pie Radius" setting under "Common properties". Repeat the steps for the other 3 charts to achieve same results. Hope we were able to solve your issue! Please do let us know if you have any further queries. Till then, Happy Charting! Regards, Arkaprovo Naha QA Lead, Collabion Charts for SharePoint
  6. Number Increment Error

Hi Stephen, Thank you for writing to us. We are looking into this issue. But it would really help us if you could please send across the List template saved with the content which you were using when you faced the issue. You can send the information to [email protected] mentioning this post as reference. Hope to hear from you soon. Thanks, Arka
  7. Calculated Date and grouping

Hi Blake, Thank you for writing to us. The maximum number of dataplots that can be displayed in the Chart Preview Pane is 250. If your dataplots exceed this threshold, you get the "large data set with more than 250 plotting points" message in the Preview Pane. But, this is a limit only for the Preview pane and does not mean that your chart will not be generated. Once you complete configuring your settings and click on Finish, your chart will be rendered as usual. I hope I was able to solve your query. Please let us know if you have any more doubts - we will be happy to assist you. Regards, Arka
