Javascript Render Scatter Chart Gap

Recommended Posts

I'm having a strange issue with using a Scatter chart with the Javascript renderer. There seems to be a large gap between the X-axis end and the edge of the chart canvas. The same XML and jQuery code with the Flash renderer does not have this problem.

I have attached an image file containing screen grabs for the 2 methods.

I need to use the Javascript renderer for this to work on iPads. This looks awful and I can't submit this to my superiors as is. I've used FusionCharts for years and not really looking forward to looking for other online charting solutions.

Please advise.

Hi,

Thank you for the post.

Can you please share the XML file with us so that we might be able to test it ?

Also, please let us know the version of FusionCharts that you are currently using.

Awaiting your response.

I found a workaround for this by initiating the chart with dummy data and then hiding it.
