Gradient Color Range Inconsistent from Initial Render

Recommended Posts

We are trying to create a American map. Only certain states have values and the minimum value is not 0. When we set the color ranges to be from minimum value to maximum value, the chart shows every state at the beginning including the ones without values. However, the empty value states never shows again like the initial rendering after sliding the gradient color range legend. Here's an example:

https://jsfiddle.net/py816a2s/

You can see Florida and South Carolina don't have data. Initial renderer shows blue for those states, but later when I started to move the slider under, I can't see those two states showing anymore even I drag them all the way to the side. Could you please make the behavior consistent? If you don't want to show them because they're not in the color ranges, please don't show them at initial loading.

Hi,

This is a known issue in the current version of the library which is already logged. Also it has been fixed internally and will be available in the upcoming version release of FusionCharts very soon.

We would notify you with the updates.

Thanks,

Akash.

Hi,

Thank you for your continued patience. For the reported issue, could you please upgrade your current version to the latest, i.e, FusionCharts Suite XT v3.14.1?
Find a sample fiddle for reference : https://jsfiddle.net/x3fqL7ry/1/
To avail the licensed release, you would need to re-download the entire package from the My Orders section of FusionCharts Product Update Center.
To download the Evaluation version of FusionCharts Suite XT v3.14.1, please visit the link:
https://www.fusioncharts.com/download/fusioncharts-suite-xt

Thanks,

Akash.
