Legend Color Swatch Size

Recommended Posts

I just noticed that some of the official chart examples on fushioncharts.com have much larger color swatches in the legend than other charts. Here are two examples of large swatches:

http://fusioncharts.com/Demos/ScatterReturn/Default.html

http://fusioncharts.com/Demos/FusionAir/Contents/Costs.html

And here are charts whose legend displays small swatches:

http://fusioncharts.com/GalleryChart.asp?id=7

http://fusioncharts.com/GalleryChart.asp?id=52

Anyone know how I can make my swatches bigger? I read in the documentation that the following is supposed to do it, but for me it only changes the text, not the swatch.

I'm having this problem too. All I get is small black boxes for the swatches, no matter what the color specified for the data is, whether using FireFox on Mac or IE6 on Win/XP.

I tried the legendBorderAlpha and legendBorderThickness, but they only seem to affect the border around the entire legend.

Hi! I emailed Arindam with details, he suggested removing the '#' and that worked great! The swatches are still smaller than I'd like, but at least they're the right colors. Yay Fusioncharts Support!

The original question was not answered though. Can somone please tell me how to make the legend boxes bigger along with some other custom styling? I have a list of fields, which are shown below, but are there any more? I have seen custom legends that are not possible with only using the fields below.

showLegend

legendCaption

legendPosition

legendBgColor

legendBgAlpha

legendBorderColor

legendBorderThickness

legendBorderAlpha

legendShadow

legendAllowDrag

legendScrollBgColor

legendScrollBarColor

legendScrollBtnColor

Thanks for any help you can give me.
