franee Report post Posted June 26, 2007 Im using fusion charts in a ruby on rails app. Im generating graphs through embedding flash objects in the page. It seems that it eats up a lot of memory and uses almost 90% cpu utilization. I've noticed this on firefox. Haven't tested yet on IE.

107269088 Report post Posted June 4, 2008 As a suggestion, check the wmode setting on the charts. If possible leave it unset or use wmode="opaque". Using wmode="transparent" eats up significant amounts of client memory and can bring a browser to a halt if you are running even a few charts concurrently.
