gauge printing problem

Recommended Posts

I'm trying your examples for gauges, then are shown goog, but when I try to print it (in preview or in real printer) the graphic is printed too  small, I try it in differents computers, and the issue is only in the computer that have the flash player 10.1, the other machine with flash player 9, the problem does not occurs.

Seems that is a bug in lash player 10.1, it is possible?

Regards.

Jose

Hi Jose,

Welcome to FusionCharts Forum. :)

This is a bug of Adobe Flash Player 10.1 that has been encountered recently.

A bug report of the same has been posted accordingly.

Presently our development team is working for a fix of the issue.

We will inform you as soon we come up with any solution.

Thanks for your continued patience and patronage.

What sort of ETA are we looking at? Days? Weeks? Months?

Have you been in contact with Adobe's Engineers? What are they telling you?

Should customers be migrating to alternative solutions which are not dependent on the Adobe Flash Player, and are more browser-neutral, for example, Javascript-based alternatives like JSCharts or Highcharts?

Guest Basundhara Ghosal

Hi,

As of now our development team is already working on the issue.

As well we are also waiting for a fix for the issue from Adobe as well, as we have already intimated the issue to Adobe.

Hope this helps you. :)
