Which lic (Site) i assume for multiple sub-domains

would we only need one site lic for our domain (ourdomain.com as an example) which then presents a different header for multiple partner-based subdomains? It's still one site, one code-base - just a different header for each subdomain... abc.ourdomain.com.... bcd.ourdomain.com ... cde.ourdomain.com and so on.

Yes - just a Site license would be enough for this.
