  1. Is there a way to enable number scaling for the y axis values only? formatNumberScale='0' disables scaling for all the numbers. I would like to disable scaling for everything but the y-axis. I was searching around tooltip settings to enable/disable number scaling but found nothing. For reference I am trying to do this with several charts, one in particular is MSColumn3DLineDY.swf.
