Hi, we are using Fusion Charts licensed version. For MSCombi2D chart we set the attribute YaxisMaxValue to a value. It is causing the Yaxis values disappear. It is displaying only Min and max values of yAxis and rest of the values are hidden. We appreciate quick resolution. Hi we have a PIE chart for one of our IPAD apps. Chart is rendering in web page correctly but is not in Ipad. (We are using Java script renderer) We appreciate the quick response on this.

We need to show one table data along with PIE chart. So we have placed the pie chart HTML as one of the table cell. Problem is, Chart is rendering but Plots are not rendered. I mean, Legends, Border are displaying but not slices of PIE. Pleae check the attributes we have set once the previous attachment and check if we are missing something.

Hi We are using Fusion Chatrs licenced version. We are not able to see the scrolling chart. Chart is plotted, but irrespective of the numVisiblePlot property, all the columns are displayed without any scroll bar. Can you please send us a working sample for any scroll chart.. Thanks in advance.

Hi, We have black background for the Canvas, Chart and Legend. (it is "MSColumn3DLineDY" chart) On the load of the chart, Legend text is hidden and not visible until I click on the icon. Also On Mouse Over, it is hiding the text. Can you please look into this and let us know if we are missing anything. Below is the sample data. One more thing Chart with same configuration is displayed differently in different browsers. Hi, I am using C# for generating XML data for Fusion Chart. I also have to generate JSON data for other IPAD app. Is there any API available for converting XML data to JSON data? (Fusion Chart specific)

What is the use of this function if I have XML in place and just convert before rendering the chart. Please let us know if you can help us by providing any method which can perform this conversion and return JSOn. Thanks, Upendar.

Because we have a requirement that we need to convert Fusion Charts XML data to Fusion Charts specific JSON Data (for IPAD) Is it possible to share that private method? I am using web based approach only. We just generate HTML content and provide that to Ipad app. What I was asking you is is there any API/ component provided for convertinf XMLData to JSON data for Fusion Charts?

I am working on a MS Line Chart and I am using Java script as the renderer. Issue is, the attributes lineDashed, Dashed and all the Dashed related attributes are not working if I am using Java script renderer where as it is working fine for Flash renderer. Can you please let me know if any other alternate for this. I have tried Dashed property as Chart Attribute and DataSet attribute, both are not working.

Hi, Below attributes are not working for Javascript Renderer where these are working fine for Flash Renderer. But for our IPAD app we must use Java script renderer only. 1. canvasPadding 2. chartLeftMargin 3. canvasLeftMargin 4. lineDashed Please let me know if these can be resolved or any other alternates for this. Fusion Charts team, Can you please respond to my question. Is there a possibility for showing chart data on touch? Please suggest any workaround if direct feature is not available. I am thinking to have a same ToolText for all the datasets. which will display same tooltip. But please let me know if there is any better approach.
