Clickable arrow button on charts to show a part of chart at a time

Hi, Do we have any feaure available in v3 charts (specifically multiseris bar 3D charts) for shwing arrows (or some other symbol) to show charts in parts. Its when we've a large number of values on x-xis thn its required to show only half the values along with a arrow button on chart on click of which we can show rest of the chrt. For your reference, an attachment with arrow highlightted is with this post. If so is available, how can we use it in chart object or in chart xml? -
