  1. Balloon Tip Window from database?

    When a user rolls over a certain point of a line graph, and normally data will show up like: 22.00, what If I wanted to also add like a note for that datapoint, "The reason this is at 22% was because of the Holiday", can that be done? I know I can pull the data from the DB, and write the XML, but I am not sure if your flash can handle it? Hopefully:w00t:
