    i am not clear of the rules of the site. but i can give you some advices in resizing pdfs. I think PDFprocessing programmes can enable to quickly resize files. i have use PDF processing sdk which can resize PDF ,besides, TIFF, BITMAP ,etc are also allowed to be resized. By the way , pay attention to your system platform, select the suitable one . good luck.
