I needed to add my 2 cents here. This is a HUGE gaping wound for the product. Unfortunately, when our product goes against the competitor's and theirs and animates without redrawing, we have a lot of explaining to do. Unfortunately this is bad enough that we might have to ask for a refund. I made an assumption that the purchased product would fix this issue. Do you have a time frame for when this fix might ever appear in your product?
