  1. Tooltip overflows chart container

    Some tooltips overflow the chart container for smaller widths. When hovering the 2nd bar from left to right the tooltip gets cut off on the left. Here is a jsfiddle describing this issue: http://jsfiddle.net/s7t8F/1302/
