  1. Y Div Lines Relative To Zero Plane

Hey Dipti, We have made a note of your suggestion for our future purpose. Thank you for your continued patience and patronage. Happy FusionCharting!
  2. Dispose A Map

Hi, Please note that in this case the map is rendered with the old ID. Hope this helps.
  3. Y Div Lines Relative To Zero Plane

Hi, I am afraid, this is not possible, as of now. Currently FusionCharts decides the positions of the number of div lines mentioned (or calculates automatically) depending on the upper and the lower limits of the chart. Hope this helps.
  4. Wrap Xaxisname An Yaxisname.

Hi Dipti, Please note that there is no direct way to wrap the "xAxisName" and "yAxisName", as of now. However, as a work-around, you can try using the line-break ("&#10; ") to wrap the labels into multiple lines. Ex: <chart ... xAxisName='Days for the&#10; month of May' yAxisName='Revenue for the&#10; month of May' ... > Hope this helps.
  5. Pie Lable Special Style

Hi, >> I am afraid, Pie chart does not support the image in the label. Although we have created a hack of this, but this does not work for Pie chart. >> Labels are string data, hence you can give all these labels directly. But for the special punctuation marks like "<", ">", "+" etc. you would need to URL encode the characters before passing it to the chart. For further details on the above, please refer to the following link. http://www.fusioncharts.com/docs/?SpPunctuation.html >> Please note that you can color the datalabels globally using "Font Styles" on the "DATALABELS" object. Coloring of any part of the label or an individual label is not supported by FusionCharts as of now. Hope this helps.
  6. Start Linkedchart Not At Top-Level

Hi, I am afraid, FusionCharts does not support this feature, as of now. Initially the parent chart would only be loaded. You would need to click on the dataplots to drill-down. Hope this helps.
  7. Default Message Not Removed When Chart Renders

Hi, Could you please send us the relevant XML file so that we can test it? Looking forward to your reply.
  8. How To Show Category

Hi, Please try using the desired value (n) for the attribute "labelStep" in the <chart> element in case you wish skip every n-th label evenly. If you want to display the <category> labels unevenly (like the 1st, then 3rd, then 6th and so on), please try providing blank labels (label=' ') for those labels that you wish to hide on the chart. Hope this helps.
  9. Dependency Issues

Hi, >> In case you are looking for the support to the attribute "useRoundEdges" in Column 3D chart, I am afraid, FusionCharts does not support this, as of now. >> Please confirm if you are trying to create a Bar 3D chart. Please note that FusionCharts does not support Single-series Bar 3D chart. However, you can create the same using Multi-series Bar 3D chart using only single <dataset> element with the attribute "showLegend" set to '0'. >> I am afraid, Pareto chart cannot be displayed horizontally as a Bar chart, as of now. >> Please note that Single -series charts (except Pie chart) does not support Legend. Hence, any attributes related to legend would not be functional. >> Could you please specify this a bit elaborately? >> Yes. This is the functional feature of Pareto chart which cannot be changed/modified. >> Yes. Pareto charts are Single-series charts. >> I am afraid, I am unable to understand the query. Please specify the issue a bit elaborately. >> Please explain the requirement a bit elaborately with a screenshot of the same. Hope this helps. Looking forward to your feedback.
  10. Swf Url

Hi Vijaya, Please note that the SWF Url is the relative path of the respective SWF file. This path is relative to the HTML file where you are mentioning the path. The Url "FusionCharts/Line.swf" means that the Line.swf file is present in the "FusionCharts" folder outside the HTML file. Hope this helps.
  11. Chart Export paused in IE8 when off screen

Hi, Please note that natively there is no solution to the issue of exporting the charts which are not in the viewable portion of the browser and needs to be scrolled to view and rendered. However, we have found out a work-around to this issue. A "scroll.js" file when included in the chart folder would make the browser scroll till the bottom and then go up to allow all the charts to be rendered. This would alternately let all the charts be exported when the function is called. Please send us a mail at http://www.fusioncharts.com/contact/ in case you would like to try the "scroll.js" file. Hope this helps. Looking forward to your valuable feedback.

  13. How To Email A Fusionchart

Hi, I am afraid, FusionCharts currently do not have any PHP solution to save the image without rendering the chart on the browser. However, we currently support such an Image saver assembly for .Net framework. In case that solves your purpose, please send us a request at http://www.fusioncharts.com/contact stating your Order ID. Hope this helps. Looking forward to your mail.

  15. Chart Options

Hi Simi, >> I am afraid, the 3D chart does not support the attribute "useRoundEdges", as of now. >> Could you please specify which chart you are asking for? >> I am afraid, FusionCharts does not support Single-series Bar 3D chart,a s of now. However, you can create Single series Bar chart using Multi-series Bar 3D chart by specifying a single <dataset> element with as many <set> element you wish. Please check with the attached XML format for creating a Single-series Bar 3D chart. Hope this helps. Single-series Bar 3D chart.xml
  16. Hi, Please note that the XML format you have mentioned here partially resembles the XML format of Scatter chart. This is not the ZoomLine chart's XML. For the correct ZoomLine chart XML format and <vTrendLines> element, please refer to the following link and re-check with the attributes supported. http://www.fusioncha...S/ZoomLine.html http://www.fusioncharts.com/docs/ChartSS/ZoomLine.html#Anchor17 Hope this helps.
  17. Sample Chart Works With Setxmlurl But Not Setxmldata

Hey, Glad that your issue is resolved. Thanks for sharing the idea. Happy FusionCharting!
  18. Hi, FusionCharts natively doe not support the display of target line, as you have shown in the image. Please try displaying a Line plots with anchors where the "alpha" for the lineplot would be set to '0.1' in the <set> element. This would allow you to display only the anchors of various sides and radius as the target points. Please check with the attached screenshot and the XML file for your reference. Hope this helps. Combi chart.xml
  19. Zoom Chart Question

Hi, Could you please try using the latest FusionCharts, i.e, FusionCharts v3.2.1's SWF and JS files? Also, please try setting the attribute "labelDisplay" to 'NONE' in the <chart> element and see if it helps. Hope this helps.

  21. Show Line For Empty Data

Hi, I am afraid, FusionCharts does not support this feature natively, as of now. However, you can try using the attribute "connectNullData" in the <chart> element. This attributes lets you control Whether empty data sets in your data will be connected to each other OR would they appear as broken data sets. Hope this helps.

  24. Wrong Documentation

Hi, I apologize for the inconvenience caused. Please note that this error has been rectified in our FusionCharts Online Documentation (http://www.fusioncharts.com/docs/). But I am afraid, the error remains in the Product Download pack which we would be rectifying in our next upgrade. Hope this helps.
  25. Hi, Yes, you are right. The function " _Fallbackjschartwhennoflash()" does not work with RenderChartHTML() method, as of now. We are working on this but unable to commit any timeline on this. Please try using the RenderChart() method to resolve the same. Hope this helps.
