  3. Heat Map Chart

    Hi, Thanks for the mail. Please try providing a correct format with the <colorRange> to render the chart correctly. Ex: <chart> <dataset> <set rowId='Google' columnId='Mon' value='68'/> <set rowId='Google' columnId='Tue' value='35'/> <set rowId='Google' columnId='Wed' value='95'/> <set rowId='Yahoo' columnId='Mon' value='0'/> <set rowId='Yahoo' columnId='Tue' value='71'/> </dataset> <colorRange mapbypercent='1' gradient='1' minValue='0' code='00CCFF' startLabel='Poor' endLabel='Good'> <color code ='66ADD9' maxValue='30' label='BAD'/> <color code ='F2CF63' maxValue='70' label='AVERAGE'/> <color code ='D99036' maxValue='100' /> </colorRange> </chart> Hope this helps.

  5. Hi, Thanks for the mail. Could you please confirm if you are using any external stylesheet or styles from the FusionMaps framework? In case you are using an external stylesheet, we cannot assist you on the timing. You can track the map loading event and then load the stylesheet. Ref.- http://docs.fusioncharts.com/maps/Contents/?javascript/API/events.html Otherwise, you may disable the "animation" by setting to '0' and see if this helps. Hope this helps.
  6. Advanced Bubble chart

Hi, It seems you have placed 2 charts side by side to show it as a clubbed single Bubble chart. Hence, you can display the positive values on both the charts. The clubbing joint can act as the centre Y-axis and the right and left side of the chart can display the data accordingly. Hope this helps.
  7. Hi, Yes, a chart with 2 area plots, one with and another without the fill can be displayed. For this, you would need use a Multi-series Area chart. In the <dataset> where you wish to show the border without the fill, you would need to set the attributes "alpha" to '0.1' and "plotBorderAlpha" to '100'. Ex: <dataset ... alpha='0.1' plotBorderAlpha='100'> Also, you can achieve the same with Combination 2D chart, by rendering one <dataset> as "Area" and another as "Line" to suit your requirement. Hope this helps.

  11. Real time scaling incorrectly

Hi, Could you please send us a scaled down sample of your implementation? In case your value is never above 10, the chart would not calculate 300 as the upper limit. Since this is happening at your end, we would request you to send us your sample so that we might test it. Please make sure it includes the live link for the dataStreamURL so that the fetched in data comes correctly. Awaiting your feedback.

  13. Issue with colour not showing up on line graph.

Hi, Thank you for your patience. Please note that you would need to mention the color codes in the "paletteColors" attribute without any space in between to display the color in the order you want to. Ex: { "chart": { "palettecolors": "8DC63F,00B5CC,11175E,9398CC,EEB111,E36F1E", .... Hope this helps.
  14. Issue with colour not showing up on line graph.

Hi, Could you please try provide the Hex color codes in the respective <dataset> element instead of the "paletteColors" and see if this helps? Ex: <dataset seriesname="TestCampaign " alpha="60" scolor="00B5CC"> There seems to be an issue with "paletteColors" attribute in the JavaScript chart and we would look into the same and confirm you. Hope this helps.
  15. Hi Lalitya, Please note that in order to make a custom map you need to send us: 1. An image (jpeg/png) which will act as the source of your required map. Please note, it should be clear enough for our Map team to trace the boundaries. 2. A list of all the entities in the map. The list should contain Internal ID, Short Name, Long Name of the entities. We do not support developing maps from Shape files as of now. Once you send us the above details, we would evaluate your requirement and provide you with the exact cost and time estimation for the development. Ref.- http://www.fusioncharts.com/demos/gallery/#custom-maps Hope this helps.

  17. Error exporting chart (not Flash) to PDF

Hi, Could you please confirm if you are using the "FCExporter.aspx" file provided in the FusionCharts XT Download Package to export the JavaScript chart? In case yes, please note that the JavaScript charts cannot be exported using the export handler files mentioned in the download package. However, we have found some internal alternative solution to this. For further details on this, please mail us at [email protected]. Hope this helps. Awaiting your reply.
  18. Hi, We understand your issue but since this is an intended behavior of the export feature. The speed of export may vary with the browsers and we do not have any native solution to this. Hope this clarifies the query.

  20. Pie Chart not displaying colors

Hi, Could you please confirm if you are using it within some jQuery implementation and changing the page at some point of time? The temporary fix of time delay would resolve the issue in that case. Hope this helps.

  22. Fusion Chart Xt Question

Hi, Please note that in case 2 of your values are exactly same, the datapoints would automatically overlap. The same values of the last <dataset> would be only visible and the remaining would be placed behind. In case you are using a line chart and wish to display anchors for both the dataset, you can increase the "anchorRadius" of the 1st <dataset> to a larger value so that both the anchors for the overlapping points are visible. Hope this helps.
  23. Show the overlapped multilines seperately

24. Hi, We are unable to replicate the actual result that you have stated. Instead with line breaks, we are receiving the result that you are expecting. We have used the Multi Level Pie chart from the latest PowerCharts XT (v3.3.1) Service Release 2. Please make sure you are using the latest version. Hope this helps.
  25. Hi, Please note that wrapped labels are not supported in the JavaScript variant of the normal Pie or Multi Level Pie chart, as of now. However, we suggest you to manually insert line breaks ({br}) in the long labels that will prevent overlapping. Ex: <category label="11{br}Very{br}High" ... > Hope this helps.
