My requirement is that, I want to display combination of two column chart instead of one line and one column chart.

Combination of two columns charts with one line chart is not possible.

 

Instead you can use Stacked Combination charts.

You can not use two different multi-series charts in combination.

 

You can use Multi-Series Stacked Column 2D Line Dual Y Combination Chart.
