kUNAL Report post Posted June 15, 2012 Hi, I am a newbie to Fusion Charts, but I think its an awesome library. I am trying to use the popup window feature when one clicks on the chart as mentioned here: http://docs.fusioncharts.com/charts/Code/DrillDown/PopUpExample.html The problem is although I can see the chart properly and even when hovered over the chart, it shows the clicky pointer, but it does not open any popup window. I tried to check if its a problem the path of the popup, but its right. I am trying to use the exact example mentioned on the above link. Please help! But as I said, it plots the graph and shows the hand cursor as well, but does not open any popup. I am attaching my sample file with this post. Please note that I have created some sample html files in the directory "DemoLinkPages" in the same folder as sample.html and placed DemoLink1.html etc in there. sample.html Edited June 18, 2012 by kUNAL
Guest Bindhu Report post Posted June 19, 2012 Hi, Can you please try after setting the flash player's global security settings? To enable communication between charts and JavaScript (like updating data, retrieving data, printing, exporting, event handling etc.) in your local machine, you need to setup Flash Player Global Security settings. For more details on 'How to setup Flash Player Global Security Settings?', please refer to the link below, http://docs.fusioncharts.com/charts/Tools/FlashPlayerSecuritySetup/HowToSetup.html Hope this helps!
