Export Pdf Bug

Hi,

 

i'm exporting a chart to PDF with Charts/FCExporter.swf but when it opens i can see the chart but without colors or a kind of big transparency

and i dont know what can i do ?

Please upgrade to the latest version of FusionCharts XT(v3.2.2 SR4).

 

For evaluation version, please download from the link below,

i just couldn't save the chart in server side, just one question more im using the free download version and i don't know if that can be the reason that i can't export the image from server side.

Hi,

 

Are you using FusionCharts Free?

 

If yes, then export feature is not supported by FusionCharts Free.

 

If you are using Evaluation version of FusionCharts XT, then you shouldn't have any issues using the Export feature.
