Radar Chart Showing Borders Only

Recommended Posts

I would like to create a radar chart to plot different datasets. I can't seem to see how to display just lines around the data, e.g. I don't want a fill colour. I have tried to set an alpha of 0 for the dataset, along with a lineColor and lineAlpha and lineThickness, but it won't play ball - seems if the alpha for the dataset is set to 0, then the whole dataset disappears.

Can anyone help?

Thanks

Chris

Hi Chris,

A warm welcome to FusionCharts Forum! smile.gif

Can you please elaborate a bit more on your requirement?

Also, can you please share the chart XML with us?

I attach the index.html file and the RadarData1.xml files. These a taken from a sample somewhere on your site. When run, they show the two areas beautifully coloured in with a partial transparency for each colour. This is the issue I want help with - I do not want a fill colour. I just want to see the border for each area. Is this possible?

Thanks

Chris

P.S. adding an image of the kind of report we are after

index.html

RadarData1.xml

Hi Chris,

Apologies for the delayed response.

Please try setting "plotFillAlpha" attribute as zero in the chart element along with " plotBorderAlpha" attribute set to 100 in the respective dataset element.

Please find the attached screenshot and XML.

Hope this helps.
