Step Line Chart With Text In Axis Y

hi everyone,

 

I can put text in Axis Y, on a Step Line chart?

 

The idea is put a list of states in Axis Y (state A, state B state C), and a timeline in Axis X.

 

The objective is to show state changes over time.

 

If Step Line chart does not work for this, which graph would recommend?

Please note, displaying text in Y-axis like (state A, state B state C) is not possible.

This is not possible. Displaying label(text) in Y-axis is not possible.
