captions and subcaptions for all fusionwidgets

I'm not sure why some FusionWidgets have no caption and subcaption capabilities. Other than spark charts, every type of chart can need a title in one situation or another.

I want to put 2 linear guages beside a bar chart and a pie chart, and it's going to look awfully awkward with no captions over the two linear guages explaining what they represent.

I had forgotten about annotations.  I still think having Captions and possibly SubCaptions too consistently for all charts would be useful for uniformity.  But maybe there is a good reason to not do so.
