Vertical Scroll Workaround

I just realized that you cannot vertical scroll in a gantt chart, at least not till possibly v4.  at end of 2009.  This is really bad news for me.  How do I show 200 task for example? :crying:

I am hoping someone would have a workaround perhaps in php.  I was thinking if the number of task to be shown (200)  could be multiplied by a certain pixal height, lets say 50.  That would be a 4000 pix height box required to show the task correctly.  This could then be programmed into the display of the graph.

Has anyone done something like that and is it possible to do? 

I am obviously not the programmer, but own the site where the problem exist.
