Customized ToolTips for HLinearGauge

Hi All,

I am using HLinearGauge control of FusionWidgets v3. I want to customize the heights of tooltips for HLinearGauge. When tooltip texts are large, tooltips will be overlapped if all are at same height. I want to display each tooltip text with different height level. Please let me know if it is possible.

I have pasted below an image taken from some other tool having tooltips displayed in similar fashion for your quick reference:

Please let me know if it is possible to customize tooltips in HLinearGauge as in the above image. And also need to display some text elements below the control like 'ATL', "RMD' shown in the above image.

I'm afraid there are no functionality available to customize the height of the tool tip as required in FusionCharts, as of now.
