Carry Return (\r\n) ( ) does not work?

See xml bellow where is show "<BR>" it should include a CR, but is not doing so. Am I doing something wrong?

Do you have the source of the example you have on-line? that one is working

 

The one called "JavaScript Integration & Drill-down Demo".

 

 

 

I don't understand why is not working, it seams like is "interpreting" the "toolText" as text-only.

 

Is there any way to set it up to be read as "html" instead?

 

because it's showing up like this "Orlando, FL

Pensacola, FL

Miami, FL" instead of showing on the next line.
