koushik_be Report post Posted September 2, 2009 Hi.. I would like to use color ranging in some maps, like the way you have used in example of Costumer Satisfaction using USA Map (In Trial Version). But unfortunately when i tried same thing for other graphs it doesn't shows up. only the Legend is shown. I have cross checked all the values also... Could you please help me on this... Could you please make sure that you have passed the correct entity ID's in reference to the Map you are using. The Legend item would show, if a XML of map 'A' is passed as the XML of map 'B'. This is because, Legend colours are also set in default. However, the color range element would not show for the entity ID's would not be the same. I hope this helps.
