I'm afraid, FusionCharts has only scroll feature in horizontal x-axis, but not in vertical y-axis. The scroll charts available in FusionCharts package are: Scroll Column 2D Chart Scroll Line 2D Chart Scroll Area 2D Chart Scroll Stacked Column 2D Chart Scroll Combination 2D Chart (Dual Y) Scroll Combination 2D Chart (Single Y) Hope this helps.
