Link issue while using Drill Down in maps

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I am using Fusion maps to create a drill down kind of chart. I have the link attribute set for the tag to a javascript function. However, the function does not get called.

Referring to the previous post on similar topic I have tried all the following

1) registerWithJS parameter while creating a Fusion map is set to 1

2) j-{user function name}-{parameter} : this style does not work it submits the page instead

3) Flash Player Global Security settings are all correct

I have attached the relevant code images with this thread.

Thank you,

Prameela

Hi Prameela,

Welcome to FusionCharts forum. :)

Could you please send us the sample that you are using to render the map, as an attachment so that we might test it in our Lab?

Hi,

We tested your sample in our Lab and is not able to replicate the issue.

Could you please let us know whether the popup blocker is enabled or disabled?

Also, please take a look into the screen-shot that we are sending you as an attachment.

Hi,

That's really weird thing to happen. It looks some stupid issue that i am unable to point my finger on :)

The pop ups are not blocked and I see no other browser configuration that could cause this problem.

Any other environment settings with respect to Fusion maps that I could be missing?

Regards,

Prameela

Hi Prameela,

Could you please try rendering the map from your Web-Server and check if the link is working?
