PowerChart v3 doesn't respect vLine linePosition='0'

I downloaded the latest version of the trial version. Attached the html with xml data embedded.

Hi,

I am afraid I could not replicate the issue after testing the html attached to your post.

Could you please check with the attached screenshot of the rendered chart to find if this is what you are looking for?

Else please specify the issue a bit elaborately.
