    There seems to be a bug with line graphs when there is little variability in numbers and the max value is low. I end up getting Y-Axis values of 0,1,1,1,1 or 0,1,1,2,2 or 0,1,2,2,4 etc I have set an upper bound on the Y-Axis depending on the max value for that time period, but that doesn't seem to help. Any ideas on how to fix this bug?
