    Hi, Please try exporting and importing option, this will help you to achieve your requirement. To export a configured chart, click on Web Part menu then click "Export this chart" and to import add a new Collabion Charts Web Part, click on Web Part menu then click "Import a chart".

    Hi, To change the color of bars, please go to "Other Settings" > "Custom Attributes" > Click on "Add" > In "Attribute Name" put "paletteColors" and in "Attribute Value" put the "hex color code", and click on "Apply". If you wish to use more than one color, you can put the hex color code separated by comma. And chart type can not be changed from the custom attributes, you would need to change it from "Chart Type" (http://docs.collabion.com/charts/1.1/contents/chart_types/available_chart_types/chart_types.html)

    Hi, We have released the fixed version v1.1.9.0, please download it and check. And you can set datetime format as "MMM-yy" by going to "Series Customization" > "Date Display Format".

  13. Hi KOR, We are not aware of any such issue yet, Collabion Charts work fine even after adding n-number of columns. However, are there any particular step to reproduce this issue? Also, could you please send us a screenshot of the page error?
  14. Hi Faseela, The error log is for something else which is not related with your grouping issue. So to investigate it better could you please send us a screenshot of the data which you have? Also, as you said you are grouping it on Department column but in the screenshot it is showing "Name" column (in the result data grid) which is confusing. If case if your data is sensitive, you can mail me directly at [email protected]

    Hi, I am sorry, Collabion Charts does not support saving exported image to document library or any other places in server, it just saves the image at client side.

    Hi, Could you please try attached script and check if this works or not? Keep the file inside Shared Document and add a Content Editor Web Part and link to the file as shown in the attached image, once done click on 'Export Charts' button and it'll export all charts.     Hi Krishnan, Thanks for trying out the v2.0 beta. Regarding the issue, did you try clearing the browser cache because if it is working on one Web App then it should also work on other so it might be the caching issue.

Regarding the issue, could you please let me know more details like: 1. Collabion Charts's version you are using? (you can find the version number in the title bar of the wizard) 2. Version of SharePoint server and whether it is foundation or wss 3. The steps to re-produce this

    Sorry, about that, but we mean to say it works on all On-Premises installation of SharePoint Servers. But thanks for point it out.
