Hi, The reason for different behavior is that, IE uses ActiveX version of Flash Player where other browses like FireFox, Google Chrome, Opera etc uses Plug-in version, that's why you are getting Flash Player is installed in FF. However from the screenshot that you attached for Internet Explorer (IE) browser seems that you are running IE with disabled Add-On (Please refer to the attached screenshot) that's why you are getting Flash Player not installed, so please try opening that site in IE which does not have disabled Add-On and check?

Hi Britta, Could you please let us know if you are adding the Web Part to the same site collection where it was installed during Setup? Also, We request you to please deactivating/activating "Collabion Charts for SharePoint" feature by go to "Site Settings" > in "Site Collection Administration" > "Site collection features" and check, please ask your Administrator to do this, its a one time step. Because running the Setup.exe requires System Administrator + SharePoint Administrator permission and if you have these permission then you'll be able to activate/deactivate the feature.

Hi Shafqat, I am afraid, Collabion Charts for SharePoint does not support dynamic filter as of now, However, you can use filter option provided in the Wizard to filter the data but to change the filer you'll have to option the Wizard each time re-configure the filter.
