    Hi, I'm afraid we do not have an exact chart. But, you can use the select scatter chart from our PowerCharts along with some JavaScript to create a similar effect. An example of that chart is http://www.fusioncharts.com/Demos/ScatterReturn/Default.html

  20. Yes - you can set [chart yAxisMinValue='1' ] or whatever value you want. Just make sure it's less than any of the data value that you've provided in XML.
