  1. Hi I have a month drilling down into a day on Sharepoint and I get the time format in the day drill down and I cant seem to remove it, it makes the chart look very messy can I remove it somehow? I attach a screen shot of the drill down and you can see all the 00:00 bits Peter
  2. Hi I have a sharepoint list with 211 items in it. This data covers a single entry per day for the last 211 days, i want to connect up a single series bar chart and group the data by month and have a drill down to day. Except it will do the grouping to month, but when I drill down to the day I get missing days, it renders find and I look in the debug information and it says an error but this error seems to be old and related to the preview. Can you tell me how much is too much data, and what can I do to get this data added to the chart. Thanks Peter Debug information Debug Information: Renderer: Flash Flash Player installed: true Browser Information: App code name: Mozilla App name: Microsoft Internet Explorer Version: 4.0 (compatible; MSIE 8.0; Windows NT 6.1; Trident/5.0; SLCC2; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 3.5.30729; .NET CLR 3.0.30729; Media Center PC 6.0; CMNTDF; .NET4.0C; .NET4.0E; InfoPath.3) Platform: Win32 User agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 8.0; Windows NT 6.1; Trident/5.0; SLCC2; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 3.5.30729; .NET CLR 3.0.30729; Media Center PC 6.0; CMNTDF; .NET4.0C; .NET4.0E; InfoPath.3) Invoker: WebPart Menu SharePoint Version: 14.0.4762.1000 ErrorLog entries: Date: 03/07/2012 16:57:55 Title: too much data Exception: too much data Type: Error Stack Trace: at Collabion.Charts.Business.ChartBuilder.GetData(IDataProvider provider, ChartConfiguration configuration, Boolean preview) at Collabion.Charts.Business.ChartBuilder.GetXml(ChartConfiguration configuration, IDataProvider provider, Boolean preview) at Collabion.Charts.Business.WebService.GetChartXmlPreview(String chartConfiguration) at Collabion.Charts.WebServicePage.OnInit(EventArgs e) Inner Stack Trace: Inner Exception: Additional Information: Request: https://sharepoint.anonanonuk.com/_layouts/CollabionCharts/WebService.aspx ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Date: 03/07/2012 16:57:30 Title: too much data Exception: too much data Type: Error Stack Trace: at Collabion.Charts.Business.ChartBuilder.GetData(IDataProvider provider, ChartConfiguration configuration, Boolean preview) at Collabion.Charts.Business.ChartBuilder.GetXml(ChartConfiguration configuration, IDataProvider provider, Boolean preview) at Collabion.Charts.Business.WebService.GetChartXmlPreview(String chartConfiguration) at Collabion.Charts.WebServicePage.OnInit(EventArgs e) Inner Stack Trace: Inner Exception: Additional Information: Request: https://sharepoint.anonanonuk.com/_layouts/CollabionCharts/WebService.aspx ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Date: 03/07/2012 16:53:42 Title: too much data Exception: too much data Type: Error Stack Trace: at Collabion.Charts.Business.ChartBuilder.GetData(IDataProvider provider, ChartConfiguration configuration, Boolean preview) at Collabion.Charts.Business.ChartBuilder.GetXml(ChartConfiguration configuration, IDataProvider provider, Boolean preview) at Collabion.Charts.Business.WebService.GetChartXmlPreview(String chartConfiguration) at Collabion.Charts.WebServicePage.OnInit(EventArgs e) Inner Stack Trace: Inner Exception: Additional Information: Request: https://sharepoint.anonanonuk.com/_layouts/CollabionCharts/WebService.aspx ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Date: 03/07/2012 16:52:46 Title: Chart settings could not be retrieved. 4. Hi It would be great if you could specify some way of creating a multi series data set from a single date field. So my data is a bit like this Qty - Date 12 - Jan 2011 15 - Feb 2011 ... 19 - Jan 2012 14 - Feb 2012 I would like to be able to have multiple series so I can have one per year in the date field. Thanks
  5. Hi Just started using collabion, and its good. I am swaping from the google chart webpart from armein http://www.amrein.com/apps/page.asp?Q=5749 for a number of reasons, however there is one thing I am really missing its the ability to add Search Filter(s) that the "user" can select it would be great if you could add something along these lines. I know you can exlude a serise via the legend but the filter is not possible at the user level. Thanks Peter
  6. Hi It would be very helpful if we could connect to a SQL View not just a SQL Table, can this be made possible? Thanks
  7. Hi I too would be keen to know how this feature is progressing, as I am keen to implement it. Thanks Peter
  8. Hi I am trying to connect to a sharepoint list via collabion charts that is on another sharepoint site its the same server just another site, its one up the hierarchy from where I want the chart. Is this possible, it feels like it should be simple to implement as its just a url but I cant seem to do it. Any help appreciated Peter
