We have been working on a problem here using the Gantt widget. What we'd like to see is a combination of that gnatt chart with bullet graph in a future release. By combining these two features you can set a red, amber, green warning system on the task depending on how many days it has run for aswell as a target. This combines with the idea of draggable tasks. You can do a similar thing by showing a baseline againist the chart but the information is more consolidated when managed in a task bar.
