I am looking for a way to not call functions to the window document but to the map object or some other specified scope. if I do a basic log in FF I get Window to be this and the scope of the object. My question is: Is there any way to change the scope of this to be something else when the Javascript is called?

I was hoping that there was available a csv form or the specification sheet data in one large chunk so I could load this into my db and associate the state/county to abbr. If this is available please let me know otherwise I will have to parse the MAPSS files and I really don't want to do that. -Mike

I was hoping that in the next update there could be a regional map especially the southeast u.s. that is just like the one you have but have it show the county lines and not just the state lines. This way a more specialized distribution map can be shown. It would be very useful. -Mike
