Fixed distance between values on X-axis

Is there some way that you can have a fixed distanced between the labels on the x axis ?

 

 

 

Let's say that you have a Line chart, and you plot sales on different days in the month.

 

Some months there are around 40 sales, and some months there are only 10, but you want the months on the chart to take up the same amount of space.

 

 

 

Is that possible ?
